Important: Your appointment will only be confirmed once we receive your referral and Mental Health Care Plan from your doctor. You’ll also need to sign a digital consent form before your first session. It’s quick, secure, and required before therapy can begin.
NDIS participants: We’ll also need your completed Service Agreement and NDIS plan to review your eligibility.
