Mark is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia as a Psychologist. The clients he has worked with come from age groups across the lifespan, are culturally and linguistically diverse, and present with a range of mental health presentations and comorbidities. His experience spans private practice, hospitals, institutions and aged care facilities in Australia and internationally.

Mark emphasises the value of the therapeutic alliance between therapist and client and provides evidence-based therapy as the foundation of his work. He integrates a multi-modal approach that draws from the strengths of various evidence-based practices while tailoring care to the client’s individual needs, goals and values.

His therapeutic work draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Reminiscence Therapy, Non-directive Play Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness-based approaches.

Mark has supported clients across all ages, backgrounds and mental health concerns including trauma, grief and loss, sexual abuse, schizophrenia, phobias, addictions and complex stress presentations. He strives to offer a therapeutic environment that is warm, empathetic, safe and grounded in clinical integrity.

Mark is fluent in English and comfortable supporting clients who speak Malay.
